The small and thin metal signs are widely used in mobile phones, computers, leather goods and household appliances, but the technology is extremely exquisite, with more than ten processes. Let me introduce you to you!
The flow chart of the whole nickel plate plate is simple and it is said as follows:
Receiving drawings - stainless steel plate polishing - steel plate electrolytic degreasing - brush insulating ink on steel plate - baking - film production - photosensitive development - nickel plating - chromium plating - pick up - brush glue - change film - QC - slitting - pressing film - rubbing glue - covering film - punching protective film - change film - packaging
1. Drawings
Confirm the process plan according to the size, color, thickness, glue and other process requirements of CDR, AI or CAD drawings provided by customers.
2. Stainless steel plate polishing
The steel plate is the carrier of making nickel standard. The steel plate can be recycled. A steel plate can be electroplated 2000 times. Every time it is reused, it must be cleaned and polished. The surface is bright and smooth, without pinhole and impurity.
Put the polished stainless steel plate into clean water to avoid oxidation.
3. Electrolytic oil removal of steel plate
Take the polished stainless steel plate out of the clean water and put it into the electrolytic cell for electrolytic degreasing.
The tank liquid should be changed once every 15 days, depending on the degree of contamination and oil removal effect of the tank liquid.
After degreasing, use clean water to wash the alkaline water on the surface of stainless steel plate, and then put it into pure water for baking.
4. Brush insulating ink on steel plate
a. Put the clean screen board on the printing machine and fix the printing position, and seal the position that does not need printing with adhesive tape.
b. Take appropriate amount of photosensitive oil and pour it on the screen. Adjust the ink evenly with a scraper for easy printing.
c. The stainless steel plate is placed on the printing platform flat and covered with screen plate. Use a scraper to scrape on the screen coated with glue and return the ink (seal the printing position with glue).
d. In the process of printing, check the steel plate visually for yarn holes and pinholes at any time. If yes, clean the screen board with washing water in time.
5. Baking
After printing on both sides, bake in oven for 15 minutes at 105 ℃.
6. Out of film
Film is a transliteration of film, which is used for printing and plate making. It is called film in printing. In the past, printing used to be typeboard. Now, the film is arranged on the computer, and the printed content is on the film. And then through the exposure of the printer, the film content is exposed to the steel plate.
7. Photosensitive development
Photosensitivity:
a. Check the film for yarn holes and scratches. If too large yarn hole and scratch are discarded directly, if yarn hole diameter is less than 0.5mm and scratch diameter is less than 0.2mm, black pen can be used for repair.
b. Check whether there are dust and black spots on the glass of the exposure machine, and clean it if there is wine.
c. Take the film and stick it to the stainless steel plate.
d. Turn on the lamp, vacuum 25 seconds, exposure time 28 seconds.
development:
a. Immerse the exposed stainless steel plate in the developer, 4-6 pieces at a time.
b. Soaking time should not be too long, long time easy to drop ink, should not be more than a minute.
c. Gently wipe the developing surface with a sponge until it is fully formed.
d. Rinse the surface with clean water, and check the surface for impurities, scratches and ink removal. In case of insufficient development, heavy work is required. Other poor development directly scrapped.
8. Nickel plating
a. The developed stainless steel plate is put into the electroforming tank for electroforming.
b. The nickel electroforming time is 180 minutes, the voltage is 2.75V (plus or minus 0.75V), and the current is 135a (plus or minus 35a), depending on the quantity of stainless steel.
c. During the electroforming process, the time to check the surface effect of the product should not exceed 15 seconds, otherwise the bonding rate will be affected and the product is easy to be layered. The inspection should be carried out every 30 minutes.
d. Use micrometer to measure the thickness of electroformed label (the thickness required by the customer), and then use clean water to electroplate chromium.
9. Chromium plating
The electroformed label is put into the bath for chromium electroplating.
Chromium plating time is 90 seconds (plus or minus 30 seconds), voltage is 10V (plus or minus 2V), current is 750A (plus or minus 150A, depending on the number of stainless steel).
If there is no problem, clean the water and dry it.
The above are the main process, some of the follow-up processes are simple, they are the following processes: pick up - brush glue - change film - QC - slitting - pressing film - wiping glue - covering film - punching protective film - change release film - packaging and shipping
The above is the electroforming nickel plate label process, hope to help you. Thank you for your guidance.
